Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Orbit, operated by unbnd collective ("we", "us"). By using Orbit, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Orbit is an AI-assisted media-planning tool. It generates strategic plan drafts and estimates from the information you provide. Outputs are drafts for your professional judgement — not guarantees of results, reach, performance, or accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any plan before relying on or acting on it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account.
3. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the briefs, settings, and files you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the service.
4. Third-party and licensed data
If you upload data obtained from third parties (including licensed competitor-spend or research data such as from IPSOS, Nielsen, Kantar, or similar), you represent and warrant that you have all rights and licences needed to upload and use it in Orbit. You are solely responsible for such use and agree to indemnify us against claims arising from it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful use; no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform; and no uploading of data you are not entitled to use.
6. AI output disclaimer
Plans, estimates (including reach, impressions, frequency, and budget figures), and recommendations are generated using AI and benchmark assumptions. They are illustrative and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or will achieve any result. Validate all figures in-platform and with professional judgement before use.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Orbit platform, software, and brand. These Terms transfer none of our IP to you. "unbnd collective", "orbit", and related marks are ours.
8. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms apply when you subscribe and will be presented at sign-up. [Placeholder — billing terms to be added when subscriptions launch.]
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of third-party data, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using Orbit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
