Orbit ("Orbit", "we", "us") is a media-planning platform operated by unbnd collective, Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Contact: privacy@unbndcollective.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, company, and a securely stored password.
- Content you provide: campaign briefs, settings, and files you upload (which may include competitor-spend data and consumer-insight documents).
- Usage data: how you interact with the product, plus device and log data.

2. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the service, including generating media plans from your inputs.
- To process your inputs through AI models to produce plan drafts.
- To communicate with you about your account, support, and product updates.
- To improve and secure the product, and to process payments when applicable.
3. AI processing
Your brief inputs and uploaded content are processed by AI models (operated by us and/or trusted AI providers) to generate plan drafts. Outputs are AI-generated estimates, not guarantees.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable, we process data to perform our contract with you, with your consent, to comply with law, and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Orbit — hosting and database, AI providers, analytics, and email delivery — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
6. Data you upload about third parties
If you upload data sourced from third parties (for example, licensed competitor-spend or research data), you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use it in Orbit. See our Terms.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period unless we must retain it for legal reasons.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method is fully secure, but we work to safeguard it.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact contact@unbndcollective.com.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards.
11. Children
Orbit is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new date.
